It was another remarked occasion of SEAMEO in the 42nd High Official Meeting (HOM) during November, in Bangkok, Thailand. As a vital link among Ministers of Education of 11 SEAMEO Member Countries who comprise the SEAMEO Council, HOM is a key forum for high level education officials to discuss priority issues and other relating matters to shape the decision and share actions taken by member states.
